You may often think that, people who smoke less do not get affected. It is not a right conception. There are some immediate side effects like lower alertness and concentration, feeling of relaxation, increased blood pressure and heart rate, decreased blood flow to body extremities like fingers and toes, dizziness, nausea, acidity in stomach, decreased appetite and increased intensity to smoke.
